About Me

Hello! My name is Megan Soult and I am currently a Spanish Education student at Northern Kentucky University. I have spoken Spanish since I was 5, when I began in the Spanish Immersion Program in Fayette County Public Schools. Through this program, I have had many opportunities, as well as teachers that have impacted me. I chose teaching as my profession because I want to have an impact on my future students like my teachers did for me.
When I'm not in school or working, I enjoy hanging out with my dog, reading, or listening to music (or some combination of the three!) My favorite book is any of the books from the Harry Potter series. I first read them when I was in second grade, and have been obsessed ever since.
Another thing I love to do is travel, especially internationally. I have been very lucky and have traveled to Costa Rica and Spain during the Spanish Immersion Program, as well as studying abroad during a semester in college.
I have two younger sisters and have been close with my immediate, as well as extended family, for my entire life. I am closest to my mom, middle sister, and my cousin (who is exactly six months younger than me!).
